The Diamond S Sale was a real success. This was David Simpsons' first sale and we were really excited about the results. Gaylon Childers was a guest consignor and both David and Gaylon dug deep in their herds to bring out some of their very best genetics. The result was a truly top quality sale – where buyers and sellers were happy with the results.

The night before the sale David had a fabulous social event, where he served over 120 guests some great barbeque. After the meal he had a Calcutta, where people bid on “teams” of four bulls that would be bucking in the ABBI sanctioned futurity the next afternoon. The bidding was hot and everyone had a great time. The evening finished up with some terrific music from The Dirt Road Gypsies. |

I hesitate to mention specific people because I know I will forget many, so if I left you off this list, please accept my apology in advance. The bottom line is this ABBI sanctioned sale and futurity was put on by one heck of a crew of people. You are what you surround yourself with and this sale was surrounded by top-notch people.
